late-night collision in Waterloo, Leaves Woman Injured

A Woolwich woman is now in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a collision near Waterloo Regional Police North Headquarters.
It was just after 11:00 p.m. when police responded to that two-vehicle crash on Regina Street North near Columbia Street West, involving a motorcycle and a Ford pickup truck.
The driver of that motorcycle, a 24-year-old woman from Woolwich Township, was taken to local hospital.
The woman behind the wheel of the involved pickup truck, a 37-year-old from Cambridge, was not harmed.
That crash closed a portion of Regina Street North for several hours, though the area has since reopened.
