Crash in Innisfil Results in Motorcyclist Passing away from injuries

South Simcoe Police are investigating a fatal crash that took place early Saturday morning in Innisfil, involving a car and a motorcycle. The collision occurred on Yonge Street near Churchill. Authorities report that the motorcyclist, an Innisfil resident, sustained severe injuries and later died in hospital.

The area was temporarily closed while the South Simcoe Police’s Technical Collision Reconstruction Team conducted their investigation, but it has since been reopened. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.
