Pedestrian dies after being hit by a vehicle while crossing the street: Niagara police

On January 27, 2025, at approximately 6:50 p.m., a 79-year-old man was struck by a blue Audi Q3 while crossing the intersection of McLeod Road and Dorchester Road in Niagara Falls. The driver, a 62-year-old individual, remained at the scene following the incident. The pedestrian was transported to an out-of-region hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on January 29, 2025.
