E-scooter rider struck and killed by vehicle in North York, driver fled
A 65-year-old woman has died following a hit-and-run in North York involving an e-scooter and a vehicle, according to Toronto police. The collision occurred around 9 p.m. on July 30 near Codsell Avenue and Goddard Street, just north of Sheppard Avenue West.
